Facility Overview

EnerAsphalt ® Group operates a state-of-the-art production and storage facility located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE and Durban, South Africa. This strategic location enables us to efficiently serve clients across the Port of Durban – South Africa with various ICD within Southern African – SADC Region. Our specially engineered Bituminous products are the critical raw materials for  the construction of:

Our bitumen solutions also cater to applications like rural road stabilization, gravel road improvement, and comprehensive dust suppression.

We provide a comprehensivly engineered product range, offering a “one-stop shop” solution for all bituminous materials required in modern road construction and surfacing.

We are fully equipped to meet the requirements for both warm mix and cold mix products essential for infrastructure development.

Facilities

The manufacturing facility is equipped with a cutting-edge ENH Continuous Polymer Modified Bitumen Plant and ENH R&D PILOT PLANT ( PMB & Emulsion ) optimise the parameters and dosage and replicated to commercial production ensuring 100% reliable, consistent and homogenous products and other world class equipment required for highly modified asphalt and polymerised emulsion. Continious production facilities manufactured are 100% stable and consistent product for every MT produced. Capable of producing 40 MT/hour, supporting a monthly production capacity of 20,000 MT.

Our formulation expertise enables us to customize bitumen grades for specialized infrastructure applications such as expressways, runways, highways, industrial zones, and ports, critical highways and mining infra structures.
